Healing Hands Workshop
It is spring time and I want to have some fun! I am hosting a workshop to teach you hands on healing techniques. The gift of healing touch is so important- LETS PLAY!
Some takeaways will be:
- how to approach the body respectfully and lovingly
- magical shiatsu stretches
- simple massage to do with friends and family
- a wonderful technique to calm the nervous system ( especially with crying babies and sick kids)
- how to work with feet and hands and why you should!
We have room for 8 people to attend this workshop, so first come first serve.
