Shocker!!- Stop stretching! I said it!!! STOP!!!!... the area is already annoyed and stretched. Lets activate the opposing muscle groups. Specifically work your Latissimus Dorsi the next time you are at the gym. Anchor the scapular downward! If that doesn't work try rhomboids. Unfamiliar....look it up...ask a trainer.....ask me!
Don't go to the gym- Ask me for a travel band in the office. I'll show you the exercises and the band fits in your pocket or purse.
